• Able to create, update and delete department
• Able to generate list of request orders
2. Personnel
• Able to process request orders.
• Able to estimate price and quantity of the requested orders .
• Can also able to manage departments.
• Able to generate reports for estimated request orders.
• Able to create user accounts.
3. President
• Able to approve or reject the requested items
• Able to generate reports.
